Natural Bodybuilding

Body Building is intensely physically demanding. Anyone that takes on a body building regime will know ideally before they start, but will be completely certain when they have started, that lots of the work concerned will come outside the gymnasium, with the need to keep your body in a condition where you can train in a sustainable, efficient way. There's no point going for it with all guns blazing in the gym if, when you are back on the outside, you go directly for a burger and a beer. This can simply undo the excellent work you have been doing. Generally athletes think that they can defy nature by lifting weights and bench pressing during the day, going for junk food at night, and taking summpilments to make up for a not quite perfect diet. These folks are usually in for an enormous surprise when their efforts in the weight room end up with them hitting the biggest of all walls.

It's quite easy to explain why this occurs, though.

Diet supplements are all well and good, but they don't undo the bad work done by unhealthy food. Eating lean beef, eggs and cottage cheese for protein, potatoes, pasta and rice for carbs, and fresh vegetables for the various nutrients they contain, is by a large margin and away the most effective way of keeping a sustainable regime going. It will also mean that when you actually need to go for a beer and a burger, you can do it without it having a significant negative impact.

7 Minute Muscle

When you look at the big guys who sweep the board at muscle building competitions time and again, one thing starts to stand out.
